Witam po raz pierwszy w nowym roku. Oto dwie recenzje książek napisane przez uczniów klasy 6c. Przeczytajcie uważnie, bo warto.
THE TUNNELS by Bartosz Zatorski
My favourite book is The Tunnels which was written by Gordon and William. The book is a detective story. It tells the story of a boy who lives in a city called Middle white and one day he goes with his family to the mountains but during the trip the car breaks down and they have to stop and spend the night at the station. At one point, a boy named Malcolm decides to look around, and so he looks around and finds a strange cave and sees the inscription-plate "Help". He is very scared, but still, he goes into the cave, and what happens next you will know after reading this book.
HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER'S STONE by Mateusz Sroka
My favourite book is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone written by J. K. Rowling. It is a tale of Harry Potter, an ordinary 11-year-old boy serving as a sort of slave for his aunt and uncle who learns that he is actually a wizard and has been invited to attend the Hogwart's School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry is snatched away from his mundane existence by Hagrid, the ground keeper for Hogwart, and quickly thrown into a world completely foreign to both him and the viewer. Famous for an incident that happened at his birth, Harry makes friends easily at his new school. He soon finds, however, that the wizarding world is far more dangerous for him than he would have imagined, and he quickly learns that not all wizards are ones to be trusted. I have seen the film with Daniel Radcliffe. I think the book's better than the film.
